The Cedar Sauna and Cold plunge
Shared by both the Cabin and Cottage, this little corner of the property feels extra special. The wood-fired cedar sauna fills the air with the warm, rich scent of wood and smoke — it’s cozy, earthy, a
nd completely relaxing.
On cold, rainy, or snowy nights, it turns into pure magic. Stepping out into the cool air, or even a swirl of snowflakes, is the best part.
The Cold Plunge and Outdoor Shower
For the brave, there’s the cold plunge. For the rest of us, the hot outdoor shower feels just as heavenly.
You’ll find warm robes, fluffy towels, and “In Use” / “Open” signs to keep things private. And if you’ve never lit a sauna fire before, we’re happy to show you how — it’s one of those little Whidbey Island skills worth learning.
Outdoor Baths
Just a short walk away, guests will also find our outdoor soaking tubs tucked into the landscape. Surrounded by trees rather than walls, they're designed to feel like a quiet extention of the forest—perfect after the sauna or simply on their own.
